本プライバシー・ステートメントは、末尾記載の日付で発効したものです。日本法人: イスラエルビジョン株式会社及びイスラエル法人: ISRAEL VISION, LTD. （以下、弊社といいます）が定めるプライバシーステートメントは各国の法令の適用及び改正又は変更により相違が発生する可能性があり、クライアント様はその両方に同意して弊社サービス群の利用をしていただくようにお願い致します。
尚、このプライバシーステートメントは、定期的に更新されることがあり、常に最新のものに準拠することとします。過去の版は PDF ファイルにより本ページ末尾に記載することとします。
また、本ステートメントの日本語文及び英文の表示に相違がある場合、常に英文の意図する解釈を正とします。イスラエル法人の定めるステートメントのヘブライ語文と英文との表記差異についても同じく英文に準拠します。
This Privacy Statement is effective as of the date indicated at the end of this document. The privacy statements of ISRAEL VISION Japan and ISRAEL VISION Israel (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") may differ from each other due to the application, amendment, or change of laws and regulations in each country. Clients are requested to agree to both of them when using our services.
This Privacy Statement may be updated periodically and will always be governed by the most current version. Previous versions are available as PDF files at the end of this page.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this Statement, the intended interpretation of the English version shall always be the correct one. In the event of any discrepancy between the Hebrew and English versions of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.

2. ISRAEL VISION が収集する情報の使途と目的
2-1. 1-1. で収集する情報の使途と目的
(1) ブラウザ、アプリケーション、デバイスに関連付けられた固有 ID は、ウェブサイトへのアクセス統計を行ない、ユーザエクスペリエンスを向上する為に利用します。
(2) "Connection" フォームに入力したメールアドレスは、イスラエルビジョン及び提携連絡機関、シンクタンク、政府機関からの情報転送の為に利用されます。尚、提携連絡機関、シンクタンク、政府機関にこの情報を共有することはありません。
(3) 利用者が問い合わせフォームに入力した情報は、その内容を確認し、回答対応を行う為に利用します。利用者の情報は必要に応じて弊社のパートナー及びイスラエル企業に共有される為、利用者には機密情報を記入しないように求めます。
3. 利用者自身による情報の管理
弊社は利用者自身が弊社に提供した情報を管理できるように努めます。
この一環として弊社に対して利用者自身の情報を削除するように求めることができます。まずは問い合わせフォームより利用者自身の情報を弊社が保管しているかどうかを照会してください。
4. 利用者情報保護の為に実施するセキュリティ対策及び対策内容の開示範囲
弊社は取得した情報に関し、不正アクセス、情報の漏えい・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などの防止及び是正に務め、厳正な管理のもとで安全に蓄積、管理を行います。具体的には取得した情報は弊社が独自に基準化した保管ルールを満たしたコンピュータ及びネットワーク上の保存媒体に保管します。又は当該情報を紙面印字するときは、印刷紙面は弊社オフィスでのみ閲覧できるようにします。アクセスできる人物は弊社の管理者と使用者に限られます。
弊社が実施するセキュリティ対策に関する疑義は、利用者及び利用を見込む者に限り問い合わせフォームより受け付けますが、保安の都合上その全てを開示しない場合があります。
5. 利用者が利用者自身の情報を提出するように ISRAEL VISION に対して働き掛ける場合
利用者が、自身の情報を弊社が保管していると確認した後、その情報の区分及び内容等を弊社が提出するよう働きかけることができます。利用者は、主に利用者の情報が間違っている場合に訂正をする等の目的の為に、利用者自身の情報の提出を求めます。
この場合、弊社は情報を照会する者が本人、同一社団等の使用人等、適格であるかを判断してから情報を提供します。
6. 情報の保持期間
利用者の情報は多くは無期限に保持します。尚、弊社が定期的に行う情報更新により、当該情報が閉鎖又は抹消事項である等が判明した場合はこの限りではありません。利用者との間で業務に関する何らかの契約及び合意が交わされている場合は、日本及びイスラエル又はその他の利害関係国の商業法、税法に定められた期間、必要な情報を保持します。尚各国当局より保持期間の延長を求められた場合はこれらに準ずるものとします。
7. コンプライアンスおよび規制当局との協力
弊社は、このプライバシー管理方法及び公表状態を定期的に見直し、各サービスにおいて利用者の情報がこのステートメントを遵守する形で処理されていることを確認しています。

弊社では、保持する情報を保管する方法の一部として、Google のサービスを利用しています。 Google のサーバは日本及びイスラエル以外の世界各地にも設置されており、利用者のデータは、所在国以外の場所にあるサーバで処理されることもあります。データ保護法令は国によって異なり、保護の厳格な国もあればそうでない国もあります。クライアント様は、Google のポリシー もご確認ください。

5. In the event that a User approaches ISRAEL VISION to submit his/her own information
After the user confirms that ISRAEL VISION has custody of his/her information, the user may request that ISRAEL VISION submit the category and content of the information. The user will be asked to submit his/her own information mainly for the purpose of correcting the user's information if it is incorrect.
In this case, we will determine whether the person to whom the information is referred is the person himself/herself, an employee of the same company, etc., or otherwise qualified before providing the information.
6. retention period of information
